1QAD: What do you love about yourself?

This will seem like a narcissistic post. Sharing what I love about myself. However, I was a bit stumped. I didn’t know what to answer. I thought long and hard before I could come up with something. Then I got to wondering if it is a bad sign that I took so long to even find a thing I love about myself . Oh well… overthinking at its finest.

What I love about myself? I love that I don’t care about what others think of me now. Actually, even when I was younger, I am not too bothered about others’ opinion. But I do feel insecure and do feel the sting when I know they think badly about me. 

However, in this stage of my life, I really don’t care. It is delightful when someone likes you and what you do. It is okay when someone doesn’t. It is their opinion and they have every right to it. Anyway, I am a nobody. I doubt that I will be living in someone’s mind rent free. 

Which is why I love this about myself. I live my life happily without having to second guessing myself. Without having to consider what people think about me. It’s so freeing!
