My Favourites: April Edition (Japan Special)

I like to share 3 things I love each month with you. And I hope you can share what you are loving too.

Here are the 3 things I love in April.

Fujikawaguchiko Masjid

If you are in Mt Fuji area, please drop by this mosque. It has a nice little restaurant inside where you can have a nice brunch before heading off to wherever you need to go. There is a variety of kebabs and the noodles are pretty spicy which suits the asian’s tongue. The prayer area is simple yet so comfortable and peaceful. I wish I could stay the whole day. Right outside the restaurant, there is a cute little truck shop selling matcha latte!

Yae Kimono Rental

Ok so I have always wanted to try on a kimono. One of the few things I booked before reaching Japan was kimono rental for my family. And it has to be a one that cater to plus size because most of my family members are. Yae Kimono Rental has a wide range of kimono and hakama for plus size. I had a hard time choosing the design that I want because they were so many! And as a plus size, it is a real treat! Definitely book their kimonos when you are in Tokyo!

Oishi Park

One of the best place to view Mt Fuji is from Oishi Park! We were very blessed and fortunate to be able to see Mt Fuji for at least an hour. Other than a beautiful view of Mt Fuji, Oishi Park has many sourvenir stalls and many instagrammable locations. I think I got like 5 different Mt Fuji magnets. A must visit when you are in Mt Fuji area!

Do share with us the things you love in April! We love to hear them!
