Morning Habits You Should Have!

What makes a day good is how you start it. From the moment you wake up, you have already decided how you will conquer the day. There will be days where you are excited and ready to take over the world. There will be days when you don't even want to get out of bed!
So what happens when you have one of those days where you don't feel like facing the world? Will the day be doomed as you inwardly dread every moment of it? Well, that is where having a healthy and ideal morning routine is important in setting about your day. And we will be sharing with you what habits you will need to practice to make your day a better and successful one!
1. Drink lemon water first thing in the morning
Nothing wakes you up fast like drinking lemon water. A warm and refreshing beverage to start your body's and mind's engine properly.
2. Exercise
Go for a run. Or have a yoga session. Or walk around the neighbourhood. Get that heart pumping and blood flowing. Just 30 mins can make a huge amount of difference. It will take some time to maintain this habit but once you do, you will be so happy that you started taking such good care of yourself.
3. Eat a hearty breakfast
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Stick to light and energizing food or fruits. Stay away from too heavy of a breakfast because you may end up feeling too sluggish or drowsy to get on with the day.

4. Praying or Meditating
Depends on who you are, praying or meditating is a must have. A time away from the world. A time in solitude. A time to reflect on yourself. A moment to bring in positivity and mindfulness into your life. In moments like this, you will find the peace and calmness you need.
5. Set your intentions/goals for the day
A lot of times, we feel like we are so pressed for time and often feel rushed to do things. Before morning ends, we feel bogged down by a lot of the tasks that never seem to end. So to stop ourselves from being tired out just thinking of our stuffs, set out our intentions and goals of the day. What we want to accomplished and get done by the end of the day. Choose at least 3 tasks you know you can do and focus on them. That way, once you get them done, you will feel more accomplished and ready to conquer other times.
Make these habits as a part of your morning routine. And you can see yourself looking forward to set about your day. And approaching each one in a positive and recharged way.
